Dosouls are beings created by the experiments of Peakworthy Masonson, a Fullbring researcher who lives in a 'library' in Karakura Town. They are humans or spiritual beings who have forcefully had an extra (and occasionally a third) soul implanted in their bodies. They are far more powerful than normal but are highly unstable, the souls often disagreeing or trying to outdo one another and often causing the dosoul to attack themselves or unintended targets in the process. Peakworthy could be doing something to stabalize them...
